Heavens no!
The United States of America adopted Ceremonial Deism in 1953, but other countries have been following its principles for much longer.
Formerly religious countries like Spain and Italy still follow all of the traditions of the Roman Catholic faith but, mostly, without actual believing them any more.
In the United Kingdom, the Archbishop of Canterbury says that it is not necessary to believe in the virgin birth to belong to the Church of England and that even he does not believe in the Three Wise Men.
Ceremonial Deism can be found anywhere that official religions make fantastic claims that ordinary people do not believe.
